Trade Match UK offers subscription-based access to platform features designed to help users find and connect with verified tradespeople. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations related to those subscriptions.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription. If you are not satisfied with the service within this period, you may request a full refund.
After the initial 7 days, no refunds will be issued for active or renewing subscription periods — including monthly or annual plans.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When cancelled, your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can view your upcoming renewal dates in your billing settings.
In rare cases involving technical issues, payment errors, or service disruptions, refunds may be reviewed case by case. You may be asked to provide evidence or explanation to support your request.
